I don't think just the single person saying they had a bad experience would ever stop me from buying from a store. If there are a lot of bad experiences compared to good, then that may stop me. The thing is, you can never really tell what happened, how the buyer dealt with the situation, what they did and how exaggerated the buyer has made their bad experience out to be.
There seems to be a lot more people saying how they have had a good experience when things have gone wrong than people saying that they had a bad experience, and people are much more likely to complain about a service than say when a service has been good!
I'm not saying KDBee is lying, but then I've never met her, don't know what that person is like. You can't always take what people (you don't know) say to be fact, truthful or not exaggerated. (So please Kay/KDBee don't be offended by this!)
