WAMT....what annoyed me today!

The weather. During may, I made an effort on the lawn. I mowed it twice weekly. I scarified and aerated it. I sowed grass seed and applied ferrous sulphate. I watered it daily with a sprinkler. But the past two weeks, it's rained constantly to the point where I have been unable to mow it. The growth has been phenomenal. It's been dry for two days so I had a go at mowing it. Just as I started, I felt the odd raindrop on my arm. Quickly mowed it and as soon as I'd finished, it started to rain. And once I'd put everything away and sat down, it stopped.

Sod's law if I go back out and restart, it'll rain.

Poor customer service by a garage, I asked them to turn off the cloaking device on the Isuzu at the last service ...
Did they hell? :(
It seems they may have even increased it's effectiveness !

By pulling out of side turnings when I'm at the junction on the main road,? or trying to occupy the same space on a piece of duel carriageway while I'm over taking them?
I call it being a brain dead f***wit TBH.

Same could be said of the 4WD idiots that frequently try and force me off the road in both my car and van, seems a bit of muddy verge is a good reason to drive down the
centre of a road that l have just passed a lorry on.

That would be a dual carriageway ;)
I realise now that I omitted [sic] from that post.

I blame the government personally, or I could blame my short attention span of course :D

Surely you should be blaming the EU?

WAMT was the group of middle aged blokes who got on the airport parking transfer bus and stood as a group just inside the doors, blocking the entrance as well as the luggage rack. Soon moved when my case came at them at head height.

Was on the bus when a group of hoodlums tried to rob an old man of his case. Luckily he fought them off.

Bleddy bastids! :P

My eyes....MY EYES!!!! :runaway::runaway:

That's because there has been blanket (un) coverage throughout the forum........

:D

Well, if you've got it, flaunt it! Besides, someone who shall remain nameless didn't believe I'd post the shots. (And at least they're all only thumbnails - so far!)

Shouldn't have let Mrs F drive it, Marc!!! :P

As Cat Stevens put it - "First cut scratch is the deepest"!

Finding an inch & a half scratch on the front bumper of my 5 week old car!

That's why I don't buy new cars, never have to worry about the odd new scratch !!!

New or old, one thing is certain and that is scratches small or big will happen. Annoys me for seconds and then so what. It's just a car.

It's a motability car so I'm not majorly upset.

Indeed but it would've been nice if I could have had it a little longer without any damage. Strangely enough, someone went into the back of my previous car when I'd had it, you guessed it, 5 weeks!

No doubt a kid with no control over the car door or a parent no control over a shopping trolley :(
Some people :(

Far more likely to have happened at work tbf, delivery vans tend to park across the front of me.

RM vans :p everyone blames Royal Mail for everything :(

WAMT?
Not driving a white van with ladders on the top.
Despite the crawling traffic on the M25 this morning, speed restrictions, and the over head signs saying "Congestion stay in lane"
It seems that white vans with ladders on the top, are exempt from this, and are allowed to weave in and out of traffic. Cutting up several cars on their way through.

When the traffic was free flowing again, I bet they had made about 2 cars progress, way to go guys, way to go! (y)
