That seems a bit long winded.WAMY was also quite entertaining. Had to go to the dump again and got stuck behind a barrier while a big skip lorry dropped off an empty skip, went around the corner and picked up the full one, dropped it off beside the empty one, put the empty one where the full one had been then finally picked up the full one and left.
We have a skip on our front garden at the moment because we're having building work done. Last week it became full so the skip company came to replace it. I was curious as to how the driver would do this as there's no spare space, and I was impressed to see how he actually did it.
1. Park near full skip on garden.
2. Lift full skip onto back of lorry and stack into empty skip.
3. Lift empty skip, with full skip stacked inside it, onto garden.
4. Lift full skip out of empty skip and onto lorry.
A very elegant solution! It reminded me of one of those puzzles where you have to get a fox, a chicken and a bag of seed across a river.
