Does anyone here have experience or tips about building a false wall on which to mount an LCD.
Its on a chimney breast in the centre of a wall with shelving units in the recesses on either side. The sky box, dvd/hd recorder and associated gubbins will sit on one of the shelves to the side. Hiding cables by blasting away the chimney breast is not an option.
I previously mounted direct onto the brickwork. But that 37" has been replaced by a soon to arrive 42" and I ought to do the job properly.
