Rather than just take 'random' recommendations, I think you need to tell us more of what you want:-

1) What weight is the equipment to be supported?
2) Does it need to be lightweight? Are you going to carry it far (I notice you do a spot of Urbexing)? How sturdy is sturdy??
3) How high should it be (extended) and how compact when packed?

i need it to sturdy enough for long exposures right now i have shake when i do them which looks awful

All three of the questions in the previous post are very relevant, and it's difficult to give a specific recommendation without knowing the answers. You may not yet know the answers,in which case you'll hav to think about them first.

"sturdy"doesn't really help understand how much weight the tripod needs to support. You could be using a compact weighing a couple of hundred grammes, or a Mamiya weighing a couple of kilos.

(nb. even with a decent tripod you can still get shakey images through bad technique - not turning IS/NR off, not using a remote/timed shutter release - so whilst the Hama star tripod aren't the best they are cheap and that can be a consideration with some types of UE photography)

1) What weight is the equipment to be supported? maximum lens weight is 425 g with d5100 weights 510 g

2) Does it need to be lightweight? Are you going to carry it far (I notice you do a spot of Urbexing)? lightweight would be a benefit but not essential

3) How high should it be (extended) and how compact when packed? i am unsure
