Thanks Ben, attempted delivery yesterday but unable to be here so will pick it up sometime next week now.
For your information your site says "10% off 1st order", which appears to have nothing to do with TP, it was that I was referring to, as I assumed it would be an automatic part of the paying process - obviously not :)

Hi Gramps,

Ok get you now with the 10%..... it was an automated process until people started ordering with different names but same addresses.... or vice versa, caught a far few people out, (It was before we we're on TPF) actually surprised me the lengths people went to, to obtain an extra 10% off orders even though they weren't entitled to it. Now we manually check the orders in before processing the discount. A pain but we have to do it this way now. I trust you discount has now been refunded back to you now? :)

Morning, I have registered and placed an order this morning, I have asked for the edges to be mirrored and not wrapped around so as to not lose any of the subjects head or feet that are very close to the frame, The order No is 2487.

Personally unless marketed really well you run the risk of damaging your existing product, in that people will ask is the existing product worth the extra, I'm confident it is but it has to be considered

I like what Loxley do with their 'Champion products' in that the actual product is no different but they give a nice discount on just 1 size of the product. (usually a 20x16").

I don't think you want to compromise quality for a cheaper price, as Matt said :)

Yes I think again thats something for us to consider. What we're sort of thinking is different website, different name, 19mm think stretcher bars no tape on the back, a sort of snapmad competitor canvas?
 
I can only echo what other posters have said about TradeCanvasPrint.

Ben has been very helpful in providing me with a preview of the image wrap and I placed an order for a framed canvas on Tuesday afternoon, hoping i may have it for the weekend, and received it on Thursday morning.

Very seldom do i see friendly, helpful and efficient service to this level.:clap:

Best of all the quality of the finished product is very high, I will definitely be using them again.:thumbs:

Hi All, Thanks Shaun for the great feedback..... thought I'd let you all know we have 2 new members joining the team, Paul and John. They'll make great additions to out team with over 50 years experience between them in the industry.

On the order front this week see's us start and finish a project for the Bristish Red Cross, who were badly let down by another company.... We not only have had to pick up the pieces we also need to keep to an extremely tight deadline for little under 100 canvases.... bit of a baptism of fire for our new team members : )
