The list is long

and I’m not sure worth posting but for a couple of examples Sainsburys and Waitrose are the only stockist of “Flahavans Organic Jumbo Oats”, and I buy coffee and tea at Sainsburys. Sainsbury’s used to be the only stockist of “Al-Rabih Pomegranite Molasses” which I use mainly as a drink but have discontinued it and I’ve had to buy it via Amazon at a much higher price even before postage. Morrison’s is far and away the best (and cheapest) local wet fish shop locally even though we do have a local fishmonger.
I don’t have a big Tesco near but they used to be good for fish and veg when I used them 20 years ago but hopeless for coffee, tea, cheese for example. Morrison’s is mostly rubbish for veg though has had excellent fennel this year. Sainsbury’s is the only place that has potatoes that I like and is generally good for veg, fruit, cheese.
I forgot Aldi, which has really cheap buffalo mozzarella, but only seasonally, and some other good stuff if you pick and choose, oh and Aldi is the only one of those I mentioned that sells Pumpernickel (well they would, wouldn’t they) and they have sourdough crumpets that Ive not seen anywhere else.
Sainsburys is the only one that usually stocks French Unsalted Butter.
I think I‘ll stop there as it’s getting boring
