I have felt so crap lateley and busy at home and work that I just haven't put any serious miles in yet, only commuting.:shake:
 
We've been at Sue's parents for the last few days so we're weighing in tomorrow morning rather than today.

Hopefully I've managed to shed another pound, that'd be nice.

Three weeks till Disney, I WILL be putting weight on whilst I'm out there, no two ways about it, but I'll be starting up again when we're back :)
 
I just got given FIVE easter eggs...... *gulp* :(
 
This week I've waved goodbye to another 2lb :D

I've put a pound on this week, which isn't surprising as I've done no real exercise this week. But my back feels a bit better today so I'm off to the gym for a couple of hours.

I am still doing well and, although I am just in "maintenance" mode after shedding the pounds I have even managed to shed a few more, now 11st 3lbs from over 13st before Xmas.

Well I am back at work and therefore moving around more and I think that is one of the reasons the weight loss has started again, wonder if I will reach the 2 stone mark before I go away to florida for three weeks, where I am bound to put on weight but straight back to it when I get back home again. You never know by summer I may even be happy with myself :)

Thats great loss Sue, I must say I'm insanely jealous, I seem to have lost all my motivation to lose weight completely.

Still, its great to see yourself making a great go of it :thumbs:

It's coming off slowly, even after a spate of parties and meals out....walking our Springer for an hour daily helps :)

After being off the diet over Easter as I went away the weight is coming off again (only about 10kg to go).
 
Things have been rather quiet on this thread so thought I would post!

I havnt done much exercise at all lately so am retaining the weight iv lost i suppose rather than losing more. Am pleased with that though :)

weight is constant.....belly still needs work!
 
Ive put on about 5 lbs :(

I just have no motivation or willpower or anything to do this...ARRRGHH

Well after not been bothered for the last two weeks I have put on three pounds, but I go on holiday on tuesday and cant wait, at the end of the day I have still lost a stone and a half, and I will be back too it once I get back home :)

So everyone else, keep up the good work while I am away, I am looking forward to catching up when I get back home.
You never know when I get back Marcel might have got round to doing a TP total weight loss figure to keep us all motivated ;)

I gave up for the whole of march and then suddenly it's gardening season and the exercise has kick started me again! Is there anything that you like doing that would give you the same kick start?

I'm new here and having looked around for a while it looks to me like it's a kinda nice place. Too nice, you need a real wake up call as far as your weight is concerned. Your 365 gallery shows you have no shame! EXERCISE is what you need, it will help you lose weight and will help combat your depresion too. Just start with walking. But go every day, rain or shine, it's really not a big deal, just built it up. Take the kids, wife or just the camera. You need to think about it as a change of life style not just a diet. The alternative is injecting yourself several times daily with insulin and probably dying young before you have time to play with the grand kids. Will power is not needed when you really think about the alternatives. How will you play footie with your lad?
