8 weeks loss 2lb I'm not trying very hard am I :)

I've lost motivation a little too :( I haven't been to WW for 2 weeks, but am making an effort to get back on the healthy eating plan from today. Not feeling too great and silly long/busy shifts at work haven't really helped. Got weighed this morning on my home scales and I'm 10st 7lb, so still weigh 4.5lb less than when I started, but have gained 3lb over the last 2 weeks, which when I consider what I've actually eaten, isn't too bad!

Weighed in at WW last night.
Lost another 1lb. Happy with that:)
START WEIGHT 22st 1lb
WEIGHT NOW 20st 9lb

Start Weight : 23st 1lb (146.8kg)
Current Weight : 21st 12lb (139.0kg)

Loss this week : 3
Total Weight Loss : 1st 2lb (7.8kg)
Time Taken : 51 days

Thats it, we've finally hit a stone

Because I've been rounding up and rounding down weight loss in the conversion (anything over .5 gets rounded up, anything under gets rounded down) the figures don't quite add up right - I could have lost 4lb but its borderline between that and 3 because of the way I've worked it out in previous weeks.

So there we go, 16lb total loss so far, motivation and willpower still extremely strong - I'm eating what I want to eat and not sacrificing and I think thats really whats working. WW gives me the freedom to still enjoy the things that I like - its not a diet, its a lifestyle change and thats whats working for me.

Because I'm now less than 22st I get one less point a day now :)

Weight Loss This Week: 2lb
Current Weight loss: 01st 5lb
Time taken: 49days

Well I have finally lost all the weight I put on a couple of weeks ago, and am back down under 19stone, so proud of my self. Still sticking at it, and enjoying it. Dont feel like I am missing out on anything :)

Congratulations everyone keep up the good work.:wave::rules:

So, another weigh in..

Start weight: 12st 3lb
Current weight: 11st 9lb

Weight loss so far: 8lb
Time taken: 6.5 weeks

Have been quite up and down lately so am pleased with that :) I have changed my lifestyle more (as i think we all have) rather then doing a more severe crash diet. So results will be slower but hopefully more permanent :D
Keep going everyone!

Matt there's only 14lb in a stone ;)

1st 2lb sounds sooooooo much smaller :D

Not looked at this thread since it started.

Having just got back from South Africa and stood on the scales I might need some help too

Way too much good and cheap food has gone to my belly and stayed there!

Well I weighed myself last night and it looked like I had maintained (ish). I was 20st 01lb.

I was 20st 1 the other day (in the morning) so I was OK about it.

Weighed myself this morning, and I was 19 12 1/2, and I kept re-weighing myself to make sure it was right (digital scales, I normally weigh myself 3 or 4 times on the trot, gives the scales time to settle).

So as of this morning, I broke my 20st marker! Not sure how, because I've not been very good with food (two McDonalds over the weekend, and a kebab on saturday night).

I've started drinking Green Tea again though, with a drop of honey in as a sweetener, with the very occasional tea or coffee.
Early nights too, to help me stop snacking at night.

I bet I get on the scales tomorrow and I'm back at 20st 01/02 though..lol

Well Done Marcel! and of course to everybody :) its hard work but hopefully will all be worth it!
Must say this is the first week where i'v really felt an effect and am happy about it :)

Weighed in at WW tonight.
Lost another 1lb. Happy with that.

Going to start this on Monday :) Got the curry meet on Saturday which aint gonna help, but going out for a long walk on Sunday so will start with my weigh in on Monday :D

Ill start on Monday with you JL

Never been as heavy in my life as I am now! :(
So Ill finish off the b'day chocs (chocolate is my biggest craving) and then try and go cold turkey.:gag:

Welcome JL and InaGlo!!

mmmm chocs......:p

mmm Indian on Saturday :D Not thinking past that so far :p

Honestly though the healthy eating bit is something I can do, excersise is my downfall :( I just hate it!! :(

 Stop it you three!!!

I have 3 boxes of chocs to get through between now and Monday ... and I have every intention to do it, all by myself, without any help or assistance ... whatsoever!!! :D

Seriously, has anyone found any good substitutes for chocoholics?
I really want to give this a go but I do find it hard to walk past the Green & Blacks!

If you state which Tesco and give DF 10 mins to get there, then probably!

wash thy mouth out mr lemon :nono:

i don't go shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ROFL! at you JL

OOh Ill be so wary of what I pick up next time I plunge my hand into the vegetable trays :gag:

Who am I kidding ... theres no chocolate in the vegetable trays!

Haha!! u lot crack me up...apparently dark chocolate is better for you Glo so you could have that instead? Green and Black's is amazing i agree! Or buy little snack sized bars and have them instead. Though i have little self control and normally end up eating them all! :p

4 days on a training course too much food and no cycling, I'm actually surprised I didn't put on more :bonk:

Can SIMPLY NOT break below 14 stone:bang::bang::bang:

Suppose it is time for me to get that mountain bike and start pedaling.

I really watch what I eat and drink 2-3 litres water a day so exercise is now inevitable...:p

My self-imposed target weight = 13,33 stone as max

Not saying It Is but 14 stone might be natural for you.

Personally I wouldn't set a target weight and just get down to an amount were your toned or lean and not fat.

If you exercise, then you might need more than 2-3 litres a day of water.

 No 14 st is not quite natural for me...;)

I used to be 11.25 st but that was way too little:gag:

I need to lose the flabby gut and that will already take care of the matter.

With exercise I suppose I will gain a few pounds in muscle mass but as long as I can keep the flabby gut away...

Cheers

Lost another 2.5 pounds this week, weighed in a day early for a couple of reasons - we're going out for a curry tonight with the TP bunch and it looks like we're going to the pub for mothers day today too! Need to find a healthy option there somewhere methinks.

Done it !

Start weight 14 st 6 lb

END weight 12st 9lb

Thats it instead of people telling me I'm fat everyone is telling me to stop loosing weight because I now apparently look too thin ! So I'm stopping here and not loosing any more.

Wahay !!!!!!!!!! :bonk:

So my final weight post ---- lost 25lb since January 2nd and I'm off to get a pork pie, a chocolate cake and some crisps.... (only joking)

Well Done Cowasaki! Thats great :)

Well done Cowasaki

I'm really struggling to eat anything healthy at the mo. Must try harder :bonk:

Congrats on the loss
Dont go letting it creep back on now after all your hard work.
