Certainly the case for their deliveries to my work location. A whole host of them round Christmas that sat in their local depot for a week then got sent back to the sender.Kind of apt

The local driver delivers to Argos (click & collect) half a mile away, and our site is permanently manned, so I can't see what the problem is.
