I see in Holland they're testing a novel solution to Covid-19 related restaurant closures, where, if successful, you can apparently enjoy a plant-based 4-course menu in one of the quarantine greenhouses.
I'll have the spicy baked beans on toast, followed by the radish, cucumber and mushy pea salad, followed by the 5 bean, wild garlic and cabbage curry, and the rhubarb and fresh yeast posset to finish... and a pint of that nice fizzy dandelion and burdock. Oh, and can you close the door and window please, as I don't want my dinner guest to be in a draught.
