My sensor swap took 3 weeks (and a few days) but that was some weeks ago. I called Fuji, a week last Wednesday, as my rubber grip, on the back, was coming away and they said their 'hectic' phase was over and they expected a turnaround of one week with sensor changes and general repairs.
My return box came to me two days later, I posted my X10 the following day, two days later had email confirming they had received it, another email a few days later saying it was being returned, yesterday it arrived back via City Link and I was able to track its progress through their (City Link) systems.
I have checked it quite thoroughly and can't find anything wrong. It was interesting (this time) to find a 'quality' check tick sheet enclosed saying they had checked absolutely everything.
So I am happy and hope there are no more problems.
