If you REALLY want to lose weight, I can wholeheatedly recoomend a diet of getting so stressed that you can't eat and can't sleep. Throw in a trip to the gym most days to help excorcise your frustration, exist on a diet of mostly coffee, cigs and a few drinks and the pounds will find their own way out.

Congrats Mini! I was saying the same thing the other day I eat twice as much food as before it is just better for me! Lost another 2.5lbs this week.

Thought about this - maybe getting a little flabby round the middle. I'm 6'3" and 16 stone - anyone know what i should be getting down to?

OK, I'm gonna play in my own way.
I'm actually underweight, but have gotten out of shape. I've been looking for some sort of motivation to get back into the gym, but haven't found it. I'm going to try to join you all in the working out department.
I'm currently 118 pounds (8.4 stone, I believe). I'm less worred about pounds than I am about body fat measurements. Will have to have those done at the gym.

Well done Renee. It all went a bit wrong for me. I initially lost 7lbs, then kinda faltered and I think I've put most of it back on :embarrassed: I've decide that I quite like my new bra size 
all the bmi calculators want me to be 81Kgs or less to get a bmi of 25

Can't seem to get back into the groove again, but I really will have to, as I threw out all my fat clothes (took to charity shops) and have bought new, so HAVE to get down again. Am aiming for just under 11st as I know I cannot maintain anything less. If Anton can give up the fags, I can give up carbs again, I hope.
