Whoops! Although, over here at Folkestone, it's still bone dry and quite bright as the sun is still shining quite weakly through cirrostratus cloud (all milky and hazy). Although it won't be staying that way for too long. 
Like before it's being a hit and miss feature as the heavy stuff occurs over the South West. That general cloud cover and rain feature had moved in from the Atlantic and covered more of England and Wales earlier and more quicker than I thought but other than that I think it's going according to plan as that rainband struggles to reach the far South East.
