Hmmm, most of the goals were easily preventable and YET AGAIN highlights our lack of depth at the back. The CL has not been lost as a result of this game, its the criminal defeats in the 1st 2.
Totally agree with the first to games doing the damage and our defences pathetic performances last night, but, even with at full strength couldn't see us winning in Germany. Remember, this is the team that made mugs out of Barcelona last year with a 7-0 agg.

WENGER OUT!

WENGER OUT!
Wait what? Barcelona spanked bayern mate

New international football kits are being unveiled this week. LOVE the Germany home kit and the Spain away kit.

Ffs why is hart in goal?

Surely butland should be to gain experience, in case hart gets injured or suspended.

Watching the Ireland match. Could do with Lightroom's dehaze functionality :D

Happy days for Ireland  Would have been better, with the 0-1, but that away goal may be crucial.

Liverpool v Man City.

What a game!

Liverpool are destroying them.

Fantastic display by Liverpool today. Could have been a few more, had it not been for Joe Hart, with some excellent saves.

Could Liverpool be title contenders if Sturridge is fit/managed well?

Great result for them yesterday.

Very early days but klopp is class. Why couldn't we have sacked wenger and got him.

He's impossible not to like and backs it up by being bloody good at his job.

Can we be title contenders? Maybe. Nobody saw Chelsea or Leicester being where they are so anything is possible.

We have to improve our ability to break down teams at Anfield though to be seriously considered.

I think Klopp is a breath of fresh air not only to Liverpool, but also to the league. It seems to speak common sense, is positive, and does it all with a smile. :) I wanted Rodgers to stay, but so far it has all been positive under Klopp.

Hopefully he will stay the same through the inevitable tough times.

It was a great performance against Southampton, 6 goals in 7 shots on target.  I didn't see that result coming after the goal in the first minute. ;)

I feel the same about Bilic although he is about to be tested as the injuries to our key players is mounting up. Very impressed with his summer signings as well, especially Lanzini.

The impressive part is doing it without any new signings. Maybe a sign that Rodgers was not getting the best from the players. With players coming back - Henderson/Sturridge, improvement in others - Lovren, llallana, Moreno and a variety of options - Benteke/Firminho/Ibe (Origi!!) and not forgetting that rolls Royce of a player Coutinho.

If they cut out silly defensive errors and learn to win when teams park the bus, then they'll be a good shout to win the league. As it stands I think they're a good bet to win the capital one +/- Europa.

He's getting results through hard work, tactical acumen, knowing when to praise, and when to give a rollicking, and playing players in their best position. It's not rocket science.

I'm just enjoying Coutinho this season because he's off to one of the Spanish giants in the summer.

Wouldn't mind be unemployed with his money / pay out :D

Didn't he do this a few years ago ???

As if by magic, my blunders are sorted once again :D

I was just looking through the latest articles about Liverpool on Newsnow, and saw one about Jimmy Case recalling the 1977 European Cup Final. Interesting read, worth a look. What struck me about it at the beginning was that Jimmy Case only played 269 games for Liverpool, and he won 4 League Titles, 3 European Cups, a UEFA Cup and a League Cup. OMG And nearly got the clean sweep, as Liverpool lost the FA Cup a few day before the European Cup Final. And he cost Liverpool just £500. Of course that was when £500 was a lot of money. ;)

Great result for Bournemouth yesterday. I thought that would have been the one for Chel$ki to click into action, but not quite yet. There are big problems going on there it seems.

Everything clicked together for Stoke.

And the Leicester form goes on and on.

What a season. :)

Well done to Arsenal, great turnaround from the start they had. I know not everyone likes him (that's not aimed at you Simon!), but pleased for Wenger. I think Arsenal have a good few years coming up now, their team will get better and better each year with the additional quality being added. Great chance for the League this year.

Have to admit I was expecting that. Great team performance, If I had to pick a MOTM I'd go for Campbell who gave everything today from non stop running to silky skills on the ball.
