Wenger gets it wrong again!
He set up the team to play the same system as they did against City but forgot one thing ..... No Sanchez.

In my 44 years of watching The Arsenal this is the first North London derby I can
honestly say the players lacked motivation and passion.

Wenger out!

Well I was happy. Come on you spurs :D
#wengerout

I watched the first half, got the second recorded.
Quite like our team this year. We've always made choices, now we've got people who can finish.
At the start of the season I thought the arse would finish strong, but it's just not gelled again.

What TV series have you been watching?!?!?! :jawdrop:

Three strikes on goal, seven total shots, wenger set up defensive to attack on the break.
The arse have always had a good first team but lacked depth when the injuries hit, but this season they have a good squad, certainly better than their current position.

The only parts of the game they out scored spurs yesterday was number of yellow cards and number of manager out flags. Os piña was outstanding and stopped it being embarrassing.

Don't understand why key players don't start, Walcott, rosicky.

Rosicky would replace who though. Possibly could have been better having flamini and coqlin starting? Trouble is that we looked flat. Spurs were up for it and we didn't care. The zonal marking was a joke again. Kane was left all in his own for 1st. Criminal. That comes from the manager.

It's going to be a tough game at West Ham for Man United today. We definitely need a performance from Clattenburg ;)

To think we could be just 3 points behind man city tonight and with plenty of goals on wednesday, actually in front of them. Are they only really focussed on Europe now?

They'll be going for the League.

I still fancy Chelsea but I can only see City pushing them.

Not the best.
Tim Howard saying that simulation is an acceptable tactic kinda shocked me (watching a stream/river) although I was just thinking last night that some teams appear to be trying to outsmart the ref as much as the opponents these days.

Happy to salvage a point from that performance.

I have worries about Falcao's long term future for Utd, as I don't think he is tall enough for the way van Gaal has Utd playing. ;)

How ****ing irritating is Mario Balotelli?

I wince every time he comes off the bench. He is normally replacing someone who is at least been trying, and yet he comes on, runs, closing people down for the first five minutes, and then does virtually nothing game after game. How he gets chance after chance baffles me.

Now it just so happens that he actually scored a goal in the Premier League at last, and it was the winner against Spurs. :D And what was his reaction? Nothing. His usual face like a smacked a**e. If you don't try your hardest, usually don't deliver, and don't seem to actually enjoy scoring a potentially winning goal in a close game, then what is the point of Mario Balotelli.  His team mates seemed more excited than he did.

That said, Liverpool v Spurs was a good game. Obviously made all the better for me by Liverpool winning. ;) I thought Liverpool controlled Kane a bit better than some over the last few weeks. He still got a goal though.

And in the other games, I doubt many saw QPR winning away.

I fear Lambert can't last much longer at Villa after another loss.

Nigel Pearson was still being a bit weird about 'the incident' from a brief glimpse I saw of an interview with him after their game.

Could be some interesting results on Wednesday. :) Hope so. ;)

Did you see Paul Scoles call Robbie Savage a Knob head on BT sport after the Liverpool Spurs game

at the 13 second mark..........

United shocking in the first 20 mins against Burnley.

Could easily be 1:3 down

An improved performance in the second half but still very average. Some odd positional choices from LVG again but 3 points is 3 points.

Oh the first penalty of the season !!!!

Useless fact - Smalling the first sub to score two goals in the first half of a Prem League game.

Saints held to 0:0 at home by West Ham so I'm happy with that.

As you say a win is a win! Top 4 still looking tight.

It is but at least in remains interesting having a good few teams playing for that 3rd and 4th spot.

Nothing worse than 4 teams miles ahead of the rest.

Don't question van Gaal, or he'll come round with a Dossier to show you 'the facts' ;) on how he was right.

Good goal by Willian to give Chel$ki all the points. I was hoping they would drop points to let Cit€h get a bit closer.

I see Lambert's gone btw. Who they choose next is going to be interesting.

Nah - I'm happy to see Chelsea keep winning ;)

Obviously going to tempt the squeals of "you can talk!" but chelsea's behaviour after Barry's tackle last night was deplorable.

Moaninho's walkout of the BBC interview when asked about his players behaviour was funny.

Oh, and btw, you can talk. ;)

That USA goal scorer tonight looks tidy.

Yeah, I let her wear them when it's really cold ;)

Turning out to be another cracking FA Cup round.

Saw bit of a couple of the matches. West Brom were very good, but West Ham were poor. Allardyce had a go at claiming their first goal was offside, but even he knew it would have made no difference. Well done West Brom.

Blackburn were very direct, but again let down by the size of the crowd.

I thought Liverpool were going to be another casualty. Liverpool had 72% possession in the first half as Palace just sat back, but were 1-0 up. Luckily Liverpool scored quite early in the 2nd half. Balotelli actually smiled when we scored the 2nd. A good win without Gerrard and Sterling. :)

Caught the results earlier (Blackburn and West Brom's games) but missed Palace v Liverpool due to a romantic meal I was obliged to attend.

Bit miffed as I cocked up my days. I thought Preston v United was Sunday but it's Monday so I might miss it.

I've a sneaky feeling Villa will pull their finger out today and get a result.

I was just thinking, if United and Leicester get through, would the foxes fancy a visit from United rather than the lower leagues teams?

Gunners through :D

Have to say, the 'Boro crowd were one of the loudest I've heard at the Emirates, even when they knew they weren't going to win. Just kept singing about going up, and they certainly looked good enough.
