I might be late to the Liverpool party today, it's because I've just got back from having all my fingers dressed after biting my nails so much. I swear they'll give me a heart attack by the end of the season if the results keep coming like this. Credit due to City for making it 'probably' the game of the season so far. Swansea currently holding Chel$ki to 0-0 at half time despite being a man down, they really could do their old boss a favour today.
And at the Eithad Liverpool should of got a point, swing and roundabouts. Wins a win and nothing can change that now.Come on, lets see some honesty here. Who's the first Liverpool fan to admit they cheated their way to 3 points today?

Penalties denied on both sides. Zabaleta's was a penalty but because he put a bit of drama into showing he was going down, Clattenberg didn't give it.
Suarez decided to don his trunks and do his best Tom Daley impression then act like he'd just been shot. It was seriously laughable.

I wouldn't say cheat their way to 3 points.
However, I would say two players clearly let their team down with some unsportsmanlike tactics, and because of that I do think we were robbed slightly
With 2 penalties not given (And 1 for Liverpool too!) and Gnashers trying to get players wrongly booked by rolling about like he's dodging a sniper.
Yes we were played off the field for the first 35 minutes and I said as much at the time, but we came back fighting and turned the game around. Overall I think a draw would have better reflected the game.
Stop whining. I hated seeing Suarez acting up like that because he's been clean as a whistle all season, but cheated? We scored three, gave you one and you couldn't score any more.
What garbage. A lot of games are decided by 'cheating', Liverpool were no worse than any other side. Swings and roundabouts.
So you condone the actions then.
How about the penalty at the end (and the one on Silva a bit earlier)? And if you try and claim Suarez was fouled by Komapny then you've just lost any credibility.
Fantastic game to watch, but you can't honestly say you won it fair and square

Admit you cheated then!
If you can honestly tell me that none of your players have ever cheated then I'll hold my hands up. The game is full of it. The Suarez "dive" wasn't a dive - there was contact - but I don't like the rolling around pretending to be shot. He should have had a free kick. The Kompany pen appeal was a stonewall pen. Take of your sour grape flavoured blinkers. Yes, you should have had a pen, maybe even two, but that happens to all teams. Grow a pair, man up and stop whining like a little girl who's had her sweeties taken away.
I used to like City fans, but you are as bad as that other lot.
That's your credibility out of the window then. Kompany clearly pushed Suarez over using both hands. Also I'm interested to know out of the three goals which one was due to cheating. You were beaten fair & square by the better team on the day and all your posts seem like sour grapes.
Oh btw I'm a Leeds supporter so just an interested neutral.
Steve.
Sorry Mike but it didnt ruin it for me and you must have missed my earlier post regarding SkrtelAbsolute rubbish. There was more physical contact in the pre-match hand shake than that penalty claim, just another case of Freddie Mercury rolling around like a little girl instead of trying to score. Funny he never does it anywhere away from the penalty area
I've not said any of the goals were downto cheating, it's the diving and the handball that are the cheating elements, none of which anyone has had the good grace to admit yet.
Totally ruined what was otherwise a superb match for the neutral
Feel free to take a look through my previous posts on other games. I've always held my hands up to our faults, unlike the blinkers on here
Blinkers of the highest quality. It's funny that all the Liverpool fans at work agree with me about the diving and the penalties (albeit with a smirk on their faces) but you're totally unpepared to admit any fault here. Still, you're obviously proud of your teams conduct so we'll leave it there then
Apologies Dean, I didn't realise we'd stooped to that level.
Probably best we leave it there
No one's as bad as everton fansI used to like City fans, but you are as bad as that other lot.

Being from corby, I'm well aware of rangers/celtic rivalry, despite it being over 300 miles from glasgowYou should try living up here amongst Celtic and Rangers fans.

You cant have both these cases thoughChelsea win the title if they win their remaining games.
If Chelsea beat Liverpool then City win the title if they win their remaining games.
Is it the case that.........
Liverpool win the title if they win their remaining games.
Chelsea win the title if they win their remaining games.

Today we put aside our colours and remember that 25 years ago 96 ordinary people went to what should have been a joyful occasion and paid the ultimate price for it. The football family learnt valuable lessons that day, but still, 25 years on, we do not have justice. We're closer than ever though and this should be the last year the immediate families and the wider LFC and football family have to wait. Today I am dedicating every moment of happiness and appreciation for the life that I have to the 96 and their families.
Superbly put, I don't think there's much anyone could add to that. I was due to be there but my scooter broke down and couldn't get there. I was due to meet up with a friend who sadly died that day, I suppose I was lucky the scooter broke down but I didn't see it that way until afterwards. God Bless all of the 96 and their families and friends. JFT96 YNWA
