Adam Johnson needs regular football and I can't see it happening at City - it hasn't happened since he joined in 2010. He has so much potential and being an Englishman would love to see him develop into a regular at International level.
yes agreed, I think he could be a superb player with the right team
What a shame the right team is not Liverpool........
Joe, every player that Liverpool are linked with you think is the answer and the players you have you think are the best but maybe are played out of position or just having a dip in form....How come you are not a manager of a football team or do I know the reason for that?
I am all for supporting a football team but you are not rational in your approach to Liverpool, no wonder the layman hates footie fans.

i disgaree. I have no opinion on borini, never seen him play - you can't point to posts where I have been bigging him up.
I never rated bellamy when he came to us, scan back last year to see.
I've spent all season berating henderson and I have commented many many times on how poor charlie adam has been. I also have been uncomplimentary about glen johnson last season and said many a bad word against gerrard.
I have always rated adam johnson, today is the first time I have heard he is coming this way.
The evidence of everything I said above is in these posts so you are off the mark there.
Joe, what little faith you have in me and my memory.......

In this thread (I cannot direct quote it for some reason) you go on & on about your new signings ........ Charlie Adam for instance.....
Yet your memory is too weak to remember the end of the season where I berated Adam, Gerard and Henderson? Do I need to go back and quote the posts or can we leave it there?
But my point stands about new recruits....come on Joe admit that you are wrong, it is written in black & white with your own fair hands (well maybe a fore finger or two)
Tweets circulating that joe Allen to Liverpool for £15m is very close to a done deal. Not a cheap buy but he plays such a nice passing game it should completely change the way the team play. With Rogers in control I think I may go back to liking Liverpool![]()
Unfortunately they are so far behind other teams it won't matter who is in charge. Liverpool have lost unrecoverable ground in the last 6 years. (I hope that last sentence reads well?)
Now if Fergie continues to chat crap in the media about the RVP transfer and he does end up at Old Trafford you'll be right in my firing line for some hate...unless you pay more than £20m and he picks up an early injury, then I'll say thanks![]()

Not so, if they bring their chance conversion rate up to a competitive level they'll be right back challenging for the top 4 but the fight for those positions will be hotter than ever with maybe 7 teams fighting for them.
Not a bad start Joe but Arsenal will drop out of the top 4 for me and Spurs will replace them.Lets get the predictions going then
1. Manure Nited
2. FC Abu Dhabi
3. Chelski
4. The Team formerly known as Van Persie
5. Rodgers Rampant Racists
6. The Toon
15. What's occuring FC?
16. Ashton from JLS Villa
17. Pie town FC
18. Gervais United
19. Partridge United
20. Adrian Childs FC

I get the top 5 but am struggling with who the bottom 5 are.
I'me guessing 16 & 17 are Ason Villa & Wigan?
Here's my top four
1. Arsenal (without RVP)
2. Chelsea
3. Man City
4. Man United

If that's in answer to my post, we can't stream any video at work whilst the Olympics are on.
Has anyone noticed the 3 world class signings Wenger has made? And more to come!
United, too many ageing players that need replacing. Chelsea, strong squad, can't understand why their not in
For RVP.

not doubting that The Team Formerly Known as Van Persie (TTFKAVP) are going to be strong this season, but putting man u and city 3rd and 4th is crazy talk
Maybe Joe maybe. I just feel that the two
Manchester clubs won't be having it all their own way this season. I think Chelsea will be back this year, and I honesty believe if Wenger signs a right back and a holding midfield, we will be a lot stronger, not to mention young Jack hopefully coming back at some stage.
As for RVP, don't care who he signs for, yes he had ONE great season, so could any decent forward playing for Arsenal with Theo, Song, The Ox and Arteta putting the goals on a plate.
We Arsenal fans have seen this all before with Adebayor.
