Lovely Mono conversion.
Lockdown inspired catch-up of editing this morning. A real backlog of raw files to trawl through. Most will likely end up in the binbut I found this one - a piccie from Barmouth beach a couple of months back.

Lovely capture one of my old hunting grounds from when I lived close by![]()
Very nice landscape style Fujigraph, well composed with some nice light and a good sky and nicely presented in mono.

Dying Ivy by K G, on FlickrI got the JJC ones off Amazon - wasn't meant to arrive until 1st May, but arrived todayThey’re crackers. If you don’t mind me asking what lens/tube combination did you use? I’ve had a set of tubes for a couple of months but lost patience with them trying to get acceptable results![]()
These are autofocus which although said it was, I didn't really expect too much, so really pleased.Mine arrived today too. What lens did you use on those, and what size tube? Moon Flare by K G, on FlickrI used both the 11+16 tubes together with the 16-80, handheld in the garden. But tomorrow will try with tripod and use the 55-200 and see what happens. I used it at F8, but will also need to play with that too - any suggestions for the aperture to use? I see Thomas Heaton used F4, but that was on this full frame Canon, so assuming this makes a difference.Mine arrived today too. What lens did you use on those, and what size tube? Thanks.
Great work Phil, get it on the wall.Thank you Trevor I have had a print done of the mono file I was amazed in the difference between the two files which is why I posted both.
Thank you for your comment![]()
Thanks for that, I will try it with a number of my lenses, having looked at the Fuji table it looks like the 18-55 if you have it gets good magnification. I'll try a few when I get a chance. I've seen some very good results with the 35 1.4 too.I used both the 11+16 tubes together with the 16-80, handheld in the garden. Looking forward to hearing how what you think of them.

Very nice close up style Fujigraph, works very well with the black background.
