Totally different shot. Everyone does this so I thought why not?
Quite pleased how sharp it is for hand held.
Took this just after being blessed by The Pope. Must have worked!

Before the rain came there was calm by Alan Jones, on FlickrStruggling yet again with panoramas!
This one was done in camera, and is all blurry because of the low shutter speed and the fact that you can't pause between shots, you HAVE to keep moving and a certain pace or Fuji tell you off and cancel your panorama. So I decided to take my own shots and merge in ICE and STILL it didn't come out right, despite being on a perfectly levelled tripod with the exposure locked I cannot get a seem free merge, it is sharp though! Grrr

I have to say I was looking at some old XT1 raw files using Irident Developer now that I have a Macbook and I'm really amazed how much better the processing of the RAF files is compared to Adobe Bridge, I always struggled with the output I was getting but Irident will make me revisit some of the shots I have on my hard drive!
Really nice, which lens did you use?
Exif says 18mm so I presume it was the 18-55 kit lens. I did have the 10-24 but it looks like I didn't put that on till later.
I may be out of sync with the world, but I think the kit lens is quite good.

Just went to change the clock on my X-T1 as per the reminder on the site, and found it was at the correct time. Is this a function of the software or what?![]()
Never owned the 18-55 but all the reviews and comments I read rave about it so I am not surprised with the results you are achieving with this lens![]()
I think it's a bit of a put down to call the 18-55mm a 'kit' lens.
Is it possible you already had it on GMT? I had to change mine manually.
Just checked mine and it was at the wrong time. Are you sure you changed yours in the spring?

Must agree, though I think it gets called that because it is the one supplied as part of the "kit".
Maybe standard lens, or even plain old 18-55 would be more appropriate.

Amelia Autumn 2 by Tim G, on Flickrnone there at the moment but they are about £230 not I think.
If anyone is selling let me know - I could stretch to £200 if its mint, boxed etc
thanks
I don't tend to bother much with photography and it seems daft having a grands worth of kit sat in its bag doing nothing, especially with Christmas coming up. My issue is that both my sister and brother/sister in law are expecting their 1st children in December so if I get the urge back, I could have a busy time of it. My sister also gets married next year and again, could get the bug back. It's been an age since I used my X-T1, so if I ever get my Classifieds rights back on here I'd sell my 18-55 for £200 I think. hopefully this will work now as used flickr
just getting used to the XT-10. Used the 18-55 (my only lens at present!) hopefully get into the for sale section soon and then keep my eyes open for a 10-24. alot of the photos I take are street art releated so need the wide angle. was eyeing up the sanyang 12mm as its more my budget but can extend to a used 10-24.
Hope you like the photo
I keep thinking about buying into the Fuji system as having manual dials for the main things really appeals to me but one of the small list of things that put me off is knowing that I wouldn't be able to get the thought that I wouldn't be getting the best out of the Fuji files when using Adobe products out of my mind, and I hate both the idea of buying another package and learning it.
There seem to be a number of bloggers and reviewers who don't seem to want to accept that Adobe doesn't do the best job with Fuji files and that other packages do better.
Very nice
The classifieds are a bit quiet these days not a lot going on at all![]()
