Just a quick heads up... 56mm f1.2 is down to £519 from £539 at the moment at Digital Rev.
I've bought from them a few times without problems and without customs charges, I think they just lie about the value of the kit in the box so if you're ok to go along with a little fraud... I am.Have you guys ever ordered from them? Ever get stung by customs?

Isn't a wife a partner ?![]()
LOL tell me about it although you've had 6 years of a longer sentence than me. You forgot Chief financial controller, it's a good jod my wife never looks at this forum, she thinks camera gear is still 10's of poundsAfter 41 years, 3 months, 28 days, 22 hours 47 minutes and a few seconds no she isn't. She's Managing Director and Chief Executive all rolled into one.
Quick question for you XT1 guys.
I have the potential to snap up a good deal on a Fuji XT1 plus 18-55 lens.
Other than ergonomics and functionality would I notice any difference between it and the XM1plus 16-50 lens that I currently have or benefit in any way?
I've used Digitalrev too. No problems with any extra charges, delivery is usually very quick.
And, I see V4.2 firmware is now available for the XT1. More options to play with!
also, just ordered a few lenses from Digital Rev for less than second hand in the UK!! this country is a joke
just updated and changed the record button

Hope you asked the price on the dedicated thread https://www.talkphotography.co.uk/threads/ask-best-price-offer-2015.574900/
Usually cheaper than the website with the code you get via pm from Digitalrev
The problem is the taxes..........Welcome to move elsewhere without all the benefits you get from paying taxes.
The problem is the taxes..........
We'd all have lots more money to spend on camera gearAnd if nobody paid taxes in this country?

No, and in my case it's probably just as well! I'd no doubt end up formatting a card by accident!Has anyone worked out a short cut for the Format button? It doesn't appear in the drop down menus (unless I've missed it again) and I'd like to get to the Format stage quicker than going through the menus.
Purely IQ, no. Autofocus/Ergonomics, yes.
The x-t1 handles much better and has a far more advanced AF system (which is quicker at locking on as well).
The 18-55mm lens has better stabilisation than the 16-50mm, but iq is similar.
Take delivery tomorrow of my X-T1 and currently trying to find the cheapest place for a 10-24......
Sure, but no healthcare, no benefits, no police, no fireman, no defence, no education, no binmen, basically nothing. Sounds a great place to be.
we could get startbucks, Amazon etc to pay their fair share and lower ours!
no one said NO tax, just less tax
if they actually forced these major corps to pay their fair share, they could probably lower VAT back down to 17.5%..but, as our coutry is run by fat cat a******e toffs who have gotten their teeth into 20% VAT...not likely, so f*k them all, I will buy in China and dodge paying VAT just like Amazon![]()
May want to read the news for more about Amazon.
But you never said that. You said the country is a joke. Anyway, back on topic.
It is...I stand by it
is it me...or is this a bit cheap?

thats the 150mb/s versions?
Should move elsewhere, could always get a job in a factory for $1 a week and have no human rights.
Alternatively could get a well paid job with excellent conditions.
Not taking sides, but the lowest common denominator is always quoted, there are better as well as worse places out there
again, no one said not paying any tax.....
