Its been a printing day! (X-T2-XF16mm, Fotospeed A3 Platinum Cotton, Can Pro-1000)

The owner of my regular camera store is retiring on Sunday, the shop is then becoming part of the Wilkinson's chain. Over the last few years I've run a number of workshops for them, so I thought I'd print an image from 2017 as a retirement present for him. He can hang it in his villa in Portugal!!! (taken in Miniature Mode on X100F, printed FS A3 Platinum Cotton - Canon Pro1000)

Great gesture, mate  I`m sure he`ll love it.

Something a little different from me and the result of a badly planned sunset.
I saw this boat with the CAT digger which looked like a good subject matter. Rather than just shoot a normal exposure I added a bit of off camera flash too to give the CAT a bit of a focus over the boat.

Nice, I might have tried to cast some of that light onto the backdrop though, to give it less of a separation but I like the idea :)

Cheers buddy,
Yeah never thought to maybe blend a couple of exposures - one for the CAT and one for the cabin.

If it's kicking about next time I'm there I will give it a 2nd go.

Welcome to the madhouse :)

Well if you lot are happy with the new title, I'll leave you to it, and get back to the proper camera section (y)

But what about the Eos M thread? :P

Yeah seems everyone is happy enough, more unity is a good thing

Well it does take a while to get the vasalene on the lens, for that special canon look ;)

Excellent (y) a contented thread and participants, quite a rarity these days ;)

Very nice, works really well

What a cheeky little grin!
It made me smile too (y)

Micro-Nikkor 55mm f2.8 AF fitted. One day I'll buy some fuji lenses once I nail down what will actually suit what I like. It's looking a lot like the 14mm f2.8, 35mm f1.4/27mm f2.8 and the 50-140mm f2.8 based on me using a 20mm f1.8, 55mm f2.8 and 80-200mm f2.8 on my Nikon 99% of the time.
