The Pillars by Dave, on FlickrThe more I look at it the more I think it's a tricked up Bolt, or Bolt R-Spec. I don't think it's the c-spec, it's just the fork gators that confused me@snerkler
This is another view of it, love the little Skull below the seat on the frame.

Present versions of express are crippled, but £50 for the full version is good.Hi guys, been a long time since i was on here. Just wondering if you think Capture One 20 is worth it over Express. I have a 60% off code so it makes it about £50.

Sony a7Riii + Sony 200-600mm Auto ISO f6.3 at 1/200th sec- I do love this set up - performs really well in bad light conditions even at a snail like 1/200th sec

These are excellent shots Les.and another @ 1/160th sec ( usually I aim for in excess of 1/2000th sec)for wildlife stuff

There is a magical quality to both of those images Les.
...and I bet they were hand heldThank you Laurence- I was surprised when I put these on my PC - seeing as they have very slow shutter speeds for the given subjects

Don't sell them, save them for your old age...I do own a decent Manfrotto tripod and a Gimbal head with Arca plate fitting - along with a Manfrotto Monopod - I just never use them, maybe I should sell them ?
In old age you won’t be able to carry them - trust me, I knowDon't sell them, save them for your old age...![]()

It's a very good lens. Until I got the Voigtlander 50mm f2 it was the best 50mm-ish I'd ever had the pleasure to use. Now it's the best 50mm-ish AF lens I've ever had the pleasure to use.
Another couple of shots from my couple of hours spent with the local model flying club.
With the second image I thought it would be interesting to replace a plain blue sky with something more dramatic.
Both shot with the A7RIV and GM 100-400mm - just makes a change from my usual bird images!

I know my 50mm f2 Fuji is smaller, but looking forward to testing them against each other, as my signature now shows what I`m keeping.
When I first tested the 55mm f1.8 I was shocked at its performance across the frame. Performance across the frame isn't everything but I do like the lens.
I`m looking forward to getting it now.
Decided to just get it, worth it for the colour editing alone over Express. Absolutely love Capture One though, 99% of the time, Auto on Exposure and Dynamic range with 20 for both clarity and structure (Punch) seems to suite me tastes.Present versions of express are crippled, but £50 for the full version is good.
You’ve done a very good job with the second, looks genuine. Those models are Uber realistic aren’t they?Another couple of shots from my couple of hours spent with the local model flying club.

Will look forward to reading your views and looking at some pictures.
Oh, one thing. Years ago some people reported that this lens would rotate a bit when mounted on the camera, mine does on my A7. This is/was normal but for all I know they might not do this on newer bodies.

You can check the Sony website direct for any recent firmware updates for your lenses, attach the lens to your camera and select Menu>Setup and it should show you which version you're currently using on your camera and lens.To save me the trouble of looking would anyone be willing to tell me how to check and update Sony lens firmware please?
