FIFA & EUFA are taking the pi$$ with all these new competitions. If the break was just for old fashioned friendlies no one would mind who wanted to play or not. Now every game is competetive and the England captain who has never played for a top club can't understand why players don't want to put country before the clubs who employ them.

Sure, and I agree, that's just a personal thing really, I mean if they are to play these thrown together tournaments, it is always better if your team is at least winnig

I didn't make any changes, didn't do me any good :ROFLMAO: Salah has just scored at least but I can't win my H2H as we both have the same players left playing

p.s. did you hear the "whoosh" as I swept past you yesterday? I got really lucky with my transfers and exceeded my Xp by a big margin. Game on! (y)

Temporary blip. Once UEFA start to take FPL seriously they will stop borrowing our players and returning them knackered and injured.

In the FF League we have a new leader, as Chambolica Charente move from 3rd>1st, after scoring the most points this week with 99. :oops: :$ :clap::LOL:

Klopp-Slot Boom!(75) remain in 2nd position, twelve points behind. Woody's wonders(45) drop from 1st>3rd. Mrs Smith's Boys(59) move up a place to 4th, swapping places with Amber Army(57). They are both now on equal points. :) Only 4 points behind in 6th are Fiendishly Bad!!!(78).

The average point score for the week was 49 points.

There is a Friday evening game this week, so the deadline for making changes is Fri 29th Nov @18:30.

Despite drawing their Head2Head with Biggin Bangers 55-55, New Oak Utd move into top spot. They are one point clear of Klopp-Slot Boom!, who move up a place after beating Amber Army in a palindromic 75-57.

Woodys wonders drop from top to 3rd, after losing their H2H with Mrs Smith's Boys 45-59. horspath hounds move up to 4th, on equal 24 points, after beating Asteriskter Citeh* 59-47.

Biggin Bangers draw drops them to 5th, two points behind.

Warrington Town were beaten by AVERAGE 49-47. :oops: :$

Next to take on AVERAGE are Fiendishly Bad!!!. hyvän näköinen ;)

Top takes on 3rd next week, as New Oak Utd and Woody's wonders go Head2Head, so their could be changes again at the top, or not. ;):LOL:

I had a terrible week with only 26 points, when the average was 49. :oops: :$ I was also the lowest scorer of the week in our leagu, but thankfully retain my 12th place, but only just, my two points, a head of New Oak Utd. :)
Being the lowest scorer obviously also meant I lost my H2H with Fiendishly Bad!!!, who are not living up to their name, 26-78 :oops: :$ :headbang::LOL:

Looking at New Oak Utd's position in the standard league compared to the position in the H2H league shows that it can really depend who and when you meet someone in a H2H. I don't think I have seen such a difference in the positions of a team in each league, which I think is a good thing, and offers hope for those who may not be at the top of the standard league, can still do well in the H2H league.
 
I got dead jammy with 3 of my 4 transfers. Unusually I made them before the IB because at that time it just fitted financially and I daren't risk all 6 players involved staying at the same value for a fortnight. Luckily they stayed free from injury and were also on the score sheet. Phew!

It won't last though. I always have a wobble at this time of year.

I got mad lucky on a few game weeks tbh, GW #4 is perfect example - only 2 teams I could have beat and I got one.
 
Weird season all around I think... Everyone doing well in my other league are the lads without Haaland.... I've removed him this week so watch him go big

Plenty of time left for my season to go bad!!! I'm actually surprised how well I've been doing this season as usually I'm towards the bottom of the leagues I'm in....

My personal view is that City aren't the team they used to be because of the shadow of being relegated hanging over them. They seem to have thrown in the towel. That wasn't apparent at the start of the season so Haaland was a valid option then. Now, I reckon it is too risky especially with all the extra game time the top players are expected to do in Europe and internationals.

Chambolica Charente(89) still top the league, and extend their lead at the top to 32 points, ahead of Klopp-Slot Boom!(69). Woody's wonders(63) are still 3rd, and have fallen a bit further behind to 35 points behind 2nd.

Fiendishly Bad!!!(73) move up to 4th, 8 points behind Woody's wonders, and 2 points ahead of Amber Army(67) who stay in 5th.

Highest scorers of the week were Chambolica Charente and New Oak Utd with 89 points. :clap: :clap:

The average point score for the week was 60.

The deadline for making changes is Tue 3rd Dec @18:00.

In the Head2Head league, New Oak Utd won their match up with Woody's wonders 85-63, and have extended their lead at the top to 3 points ahead of Biggin Bangers, who move up from 5th>2nd. Biggin Bangers beat Tarric Terrors 75-61.

Chambolica Charente won their H2H with Klopp-Slot Boom! 89-69, and are now on the same points as, but ahead on accumulated points. After their loss to the leader, Woody's wonders stay on 24 points, but drop 2 places to 5th. The final team on 24 points in 6th, are horspath hounds being beaten 37-86 Warrington Town.

Fiendishly Bad!!! won their match up with AVERAGE 73-60.

Next up to take on AVERAGE are leader New Oak Utd, so pressure's on. ;) ádh mór

Ah, cupla focal as gaeilge, go maith!

The only mistake I made this week was ousting Wood for Cunha, but can't complain, was a decent round for me.
 
After a pathetic score last week, partly because i missed the deadline!, this week have used wild card, got rid of Haaland (expect him to score at least 3 this week)!!!, although he didnt do match against the super reds!!. Its amazing how much scope to change things about having got rid of him.
 
Looks like I made the right choice to move Haaland out, and get Salah in, for this week anyway. ;)

Started with - 8 to make it all work, but I think it will still have been the wise move overall. :)

I need the two players I have yet to play, to have great games tomorrow, or one of them not play, so I get get 10 points off the bench, to have any chance in my H2H.

Still well below the average so far. :( But could have been worse. ;)
 
This is the time of year when I usually lose a lot of ground. The December rotations and freak results are a pita. I captained Palmer over Salah because of Southampton's squad being depleted. That cost enough points to lose my H2H but not a massive loss. Mbueno to Bowen didn't produce points and Gabriel's benching cost between 5 and 12 points under the circumstances. Still a long way to go.

Yes I've got Pedro and Pedro still to play :D I'm not expecting much from either, but you never know. (I'm just glad Konsa is ahead of Mykolenko on Klopp, Slott, Boom's bench) o_O
