On my one it seems they get in when I use the 18-135 lens.
If you want to check if it is on the sensor take a couple shots at f22 of the sky or white background.
To clean it I use a lenspens sensoklear.

I like this image it has potential, as has been said a bit of careful clone tool work and the bins and other issues could easily be taken out, in fact I have taken them out quickly but then I realised that you have the no edit box ticked so I will not post unless you give permission
If you don't give permission I will of course delete the image from my computer

Ermm no.. user error on this one.. the best zoom/tool you have is your legs.. if you'd walked past the bins.. no problem..
Sorry if that sounds harsh, but people tend to not think about moving to get the shot these days
Okay here you go, it's not a perfect edit as I was only working with a 800px wide imagebut it shows what can be achieved...
