I would say no. Straying off topic is not the same as insulting people. Now some will get insulting by it, but I don't care about those grumpy bastards :) insulting with intent is not on in my opinion.

I once run a spam thread for over 5,000 posts before I was a greenie, and some greenie meanie closed it,
Its OK guys I've got your back "we" can un-lock threads as well as lock them,
as you were my lovelies :thumbs:
