hi,

I am leaving this a bit late, as I have been very busy recently, but we are off on holiday later this morning and we are going down to Watchet in Somerset for the next 8 days.

What I'd love to know is, where would you recommend we go whereby the family can enjoy themselves and I can get the camera out, so we get the best of both worlds. I am also hoping the wife will let me out one afternoon/evening where I can just indulge purely in the photography so if your suggestion is not family friendly then that'll be ok as well.

Thanks in advance for any ideas

That looks pretty good and it runs right through Watchet. I reckon thats one day sorted then

Thanks :)

Have a look at Lynton/Lymouth/Porlock Hill. It's the other side of Minehead from Watchet but there's plenty of icecream for the kids and the views are stunning.

Thanks Jon, will definately have a look in to those places, specially if theres icecream on offer, and if the kids are lucky they can have some too! ;)

Watersmeet in Lynmouth is possibly a day out for your interest and your family all in one place.
