We are not having turkey this year for the first time.
We had a trial run of a Delia Smith recipe in a Sainsburys magazine, the recipe was turkey breast steaks wrapped around a generous portion of chestnut stuffing and held together by wrapping them with smoked pancetta slices, baked slowly in the oven...............only we used chicken instead and it was delicious
It only took 45 minutes to cook
, it can be served whole or in slices and looks very professional either way

So that is what we are having, no more stuffing our faces with turkey for days on end, personally I think chicken is a nicer tasting meat.
