Well done you! I am currently dieting (first time ever!) along with my OH and several of my friends. About 2 yrs ago I jumped on the scales and found myself at 13st 8 and over 30 BMI. I had for many years had a natural weight of 11st 3 and BMI 25 which suited me and I seemed to stick around there. Couldn't believe I'd lost it so bad. Managed to shed some extra poundage just by cutting back a little, but I never seemed to go below 12st. This Christmas I had been 12st and by February I had piled on 10 lbs.

Well I decided to do it for real and persuaded the OH to join me. We both want to lose 2 st. That would see me at 11st. I have had 4 good weeks with a steady 2 lbs loss each week following the Weight Watchers Pro Points Online programme. Chuffed to bits. I am heading to hit 12st again this weekend and then after that I am in territory I haven't been in for years. I plan to introduce more exercise once I get under 12 stone to encourage the weight loss because I am a bit scared that 12 stone has become my "new" normal :O
Every step is one in the right direction and even if there is the odd stumble backward, as long as the general direction is forward then good stuff eh?
