Well done on your weight loss so far and don't stress about the week you didn't lose any.
I have been losing weight for about 18months now and ive gone from 19st 11 to 12st 7. I have some tips for you.
1. eat slowly, your brain takes time to realise your not hungry any more.
2. eat food you enjoy so you don't get fed up but watch the portion control
3. eat regular meals and snacks it will stop you getting hungry - you should aim to eat 5 times a day - just make sure the snacks are healthy
