That is a beautiful shot Kevin, it almost looks like Japanese bonsai with the layered branches.

I did not appreciate that a yellow filter would have so much of an impact, you have made it look almost infrared. fantastic.

I was surprised myself at how similar to Infrared the foliage looks, however other shots I took with that combo which included the sky, did not produce the dark sky which the use of an R72 filter gives

Originally called Knockando Station, it has effectively become part of the adjacent Tamdhu distillery on what is now the Speyside Way. Saturday was the Speyside Way Ultra 50k or 100k, but I was only walking a couple of miles :) Konica FC-1, 50/1.7 and 28/3.5 lenses, Fomapan 100 (plastic cassette version), Xtol 1+1.

Nice pictures, Nige.

I'm feeling old, I can remember when the Escort first came out.

On the plus side, I'm too young for the Austin or the Velocette.

I've looked at this on both my monitors and although each monitor renders the colours differently neither has yellow cast. But then my monitors aren't calibrated.

Well reading about your problems with colour casts and this shot has a yellow cast on my screen, interesting to know if others agree?
after staring and staring I can see a green cast now.

And the colour is definitely subtlety different from the Lightroom image on my screen

Does shrinking the image file size change the colours?

Interesting replies to colour casts as looking at a colour chart on my screen and everything looks OK including grey scale???? Maybe going a bit off topic and it should go to the thread about colour cast?

Well I checked your shot in photoshop and clicked on "auto color" and it came out VG and also checked it for colour balance and reduced yellow and that came out VG, as for reducing the JPG size I wouldn't think it would make any difference?

IS VG very green?

Post your edit please Brian

No.....the VG remark was after adjusting in Photoshop in that the main building was a lovely white and the chequered paving slabs in the foreground showed the grey ones more and overall it "came alive" ermm well in Photoshop.
Imgur site is overloaded ATM so will have to post your shot tomorrow and would be interesting to see what it looks like uploaded here and if you or anyone thinks it's an improvement and would be shocked if no one agreed which would mean my monitor is wrong and all the shots I've posted here don't look right o_O:(
