The one with the 100 megapixel Hasselblad sensor. :D

I think it's a combination of the Trip 35's very nice lens, and the Reflecta scanner.
Well you are doing something right and your composition is pretty good too.

I'm in the same boat Lee.

I just checked ......

The place I use is

35mm - £7 dev + £15 high res TIFF scans

120 - £8 dev + £15 high res TIFF scans

So, in effect I'd be saving £15 per roll by scanning myself. But, I'd have to take another trip there (it's not far) to pick the negatives up to home scan too.

PS - my 35mm film from Bristol Pride I dropped in at about 1pm Saturday on my way home - I had the scans emailed through about 5pm. The 1x 35mm & 2 x 120 I took in about 11am after holiday the other week, I had all the scans in my inbox by 4pm same day.

A few from the recently refurbished Tarlair Pool in MacDuff, Aberdeenshire, in June. Rolleicord Vb, FP4+ in 510 Pyro except for the last one which was Holga 120 with HP5+ in 510 Pyro.

A nice set,

the last image is rather nice, very inviting.

I got a Sprocket Rocket at the start of the year for a bit of fun, I didn't really have motorsport events in mind for it but I've started using it as a second camera now. The wide angle makes a fun change for me, compared to my usual style. Also been trying Kentmere 200 pushed to 400 with it, pleased with how it's going so far. These are more from VSCC Donington...

Much as your images are appealing, the simulated sprocket holes are not working for me.

That is absolutely Unbelievable.

I don't know how you have done it but the grain on the cormorant at the front is exactly the same as the grain in the hotel at the back, and the same in all the the shadow as in all the highlights.

It is remarkable.

You must be having great fun with that camera. :)

I've had these bubbles a couple of times. They might've been caused by reticulation which comes from having too great a difference in temperature across the processing stages. Not sure though.

Thanks for that Kevin, I use temp stabilized stop fixer etc, only possible temp variation would have been stood in the jug a couple of minutes waiting to pour into the tank. A scenario I came up with, as that image is the only one with the issue from the whole roll, is that I forgot to put the scissors in the dark bag and subsequently had to tear the film off the spool end and thought that where it curled down may have been close to that particular part of the roll and trapped air or other stuff etc.
