Few more Tests on my New Toy [ Don't Tell THE WIFE ! ] a 55mm f4.5 Sekor Set for m y MAMIYA C220 . It looks very sharp. I used a cut length of outdated HP5+ , rating it 125 ASA as I had a YELLOW FILTER and processed in 'Exactol Lux Long Life' Catechin Stainer formula for 9.5 mins BUT it was too long for some of the contrasty Lighting Conditions.

Very nice @pentaxpete . I do like anything from the Mamiya C series. I've only the 80mm for my C3 but would love a wide angle lens.

The cheap and cheerful Kodak H35N managed to get me into Flickr Explore the other day. As usual, I have little clue as to how this happens, but it was nice to see it there.

The building is Turton Tower?
Yes Peter Turton Tower,

Its a beautiful building that has, what appears to be several differing periods of construction. It was closed last month when I happened across it so it is on my to do list to visit again when its open and learn a little bit more about it.

The above image is one side of the building, the view from the front lawn, in my opinion is superior. But I only managed digital on that aspect, the lawn is on a slope away from the building so parallax is exaggerated. PC lens is essential in my view.

"As usual, I have little clue as to how this happens". Apart from it being a good shot @FishyFish . Does the H35N have a (partial) glass lens?

Thanks. :)

Yeah, it has a glass lens, albeit a pretty basic one. I think the previous version of the camera had a plastic lens.

One from the 1990's taken with an Olympus XA, Angler at Cannon Hall Barnsley. I used to fish there when I was 13 or 14, over 50 years ago.

When I was working I had access to a darkroom laboratory that inherited any film, chemicals and paper that had gone over the expiry date and couldn't be used in the SOC Department lab. Everything in the fridge was free to anybody who wanted it. There was a box of iso 3200 film in the fridge for years. Nobody seemed to want it. I took a roll home and put it through the RTS III. The subject was a jug that I had bought a few years before at a Village Fete in Loire-Atlantique, France. I've just found and scanned the negatives.

Love the photos, Peter, but these are eclipsed by "Cursed by spectacularly bright weather instead of cloud for a change..."! You have put my feelings into much better words.
