Taken on the Limestone pavement above Malham Cove.

I love this.... finding my eyes contstanyl moving over the image, seeing new things and then just as I think I see the whole picture, another element takes over. One of the most effective double exposures Ive seen for a while

That's quite impressive for a double exposure....me likes
Cheers Asha

Thanks Chris

Ta Steve.

I've only ever tried a double exposure on portra before so I wasn't sure how it would turn out on slide film

Also, is there any way to get rid of watermarks on the negatives? I forgot to add wetting agent...

Yep, a bit of Isopropyl Alcohol on a microfibre cloth, glasses cleaner would probably work in a pinch too

A quick and dirty edit from a scan of some Adox Silvermax
Devved in 1:100 Rodinal for 1 hour

C&C welcome

If you don't want to do the isopropyl alcohol method, you could also just rewash them and include wetting agent. Absolutely no detriment to the film at all.

Just having a quick look back and I don't think I posted this one. F100 on Agfa Vista and converted in Topaz B&W Efex. Very pleased with how well the Agfa converts.

You've not lowered any standards with that one mate. Top work.

Have to agree with Adrian, a fantastic page of really great shots.

I haven't shot anything in a few months unfortunately, but here is a shot from a test roll when I picked up my 500C/M - it's not the most stunning shot, but I quite like it for some reason.

Nice shot and I'm liking the look of the Tri-X, which is a good thing considering I've got a few undeveloped rolls of it sitting in a dark drawer somewhere...

Thanks! This was actually expired Tri-X, but it's still a wonderful film. I bumped up the contrast a bit in post, just to give it a bit more oomph.

I definitely have a few rolls of T-Max still waiting to be developed...

I think you should be banned from posting picture that good as it make me want to spend money on a MF camera.
Love the photo :---)

Thanks. Yes, I think MF is definitely worth the investment...

Osh,

Another stunning image....simply beautiful. You must enter one of your landscapes into the POTY competition.

Thanks Steve. Will certainly do that - but judging by the standards in this thread there's a lot of stiff competition!

And also absolutely hating osh for the wonderful Anglesey shot... if you know what I mean!

Ha ha thanks!

I really like the muted colours in the stadium shots and the depth of field and sharpness in the second shot just shows the quality of the SQ-A

Thanks, I was trying to get that pastel, muted look with the Fuji 400H and I think these are close to what I'm looking for.

And I certainly can't complain about the sharpness and DOF control you get with the SQ-A; it's a joy to use!

I'm very glad that I made the jump to medium format. The photos from this thread (such as yours, Osh) are what convinced me to take the leap in the first place.

Thought id give the Bronny a day out since its been gathering dust for a while, and totally ballsed everything up! Out of 12 shots this is the only passable one, the others are way underexposed / developed. I was using a dark yellow filter which probably confused me and i dont think i used enough exposure compensation for it.

Anyway, Bronica 6x6 Ilford FP4+ Rodinal

Another Portra, as shot as I don't know my way around Photoshop. I am enjoying colour but not the expense of developing so the next step is going to have to be home developing colour!

Mark

Here's one I took last autumn but only recently got round to developing. This was my first dabble with Rodinal which I used 1+50 for 13.5mins - and I wasn't impressed with the grain it produced. Anyway, I was really happy with the shot - I've been past Forton services maybe hundreds of times and often wondered how to photograph it to best advantage because the rest of the service station is hideous and gets in the way.

Cracking square mono, lovely tones and timeless feel. Just my sort of thing! I also really like the ghostly human interest!

Nice light in those Trevor....First and last appeal very much...especially the MISTerious feel ( sorry couldn't resist:D) to the last one.

That first one is fantastic, I like the third a lot too. What did you do to the colour? It's a nice effect.
