Thanks, I am getting the hang of exposure but spots apear in brightly lit areas

f32 - 14 seconds (I metered 4 seconds but the reciprocity failure on fomapan is very bad!)
erm is it my eyes or does this shot have uneven development
I know I've messed about and put a frame on it and a title and a sepia tint but I wanted it to look like an old postcard.

Some HP5, rated at 200 and guesstimated the dev at 8mins in promicol.

#1 I'd want to lose the house and the distracting sky at the top in a crop.
