Centenary square in front of the town hall in Bradford???

A really nice set and surprising to see you using Centuria as I thought it was no longer made
Rick, That is a great set of street work, I just adore the light in #4.
Rick, great shots. Just wondering, dont people give you a nasty stare when they realise you are snapping them. Do you do it very quickly, or dont they realise what you are doing? I can never pick up the courage to do this...especially given the sensitivity around these sort of thing these days
This was the first reel of film through Nikon F601 that I acquired last week, taken with Konica Centuria 200 Asa. The first three are from the Ashdown forest and the last three from Darland Banks.
Thanks Richard, I actually intended to comment on your pics (but forgot after formatting), love number 5 and especially 6. 24mm is definitely the best focal length IMO. Is that the small f2.8 AF sigma one? I was thinking of getting one for my canon film camera.
What's the sketch Richard, with the scan/process ?
Nothing wrong with the subjects or the shots themselves but I don't think you're getting the best out of the processing.
They are very very very over sharpened, its a shame, who's processing them, why are they so over sharpened, is there a problem with camera focus, is there a problem with the scanner that doesn't scan sharp, is there a problem with compression....I dunno but it needs a sort out....
lets have a look at the log one...![]()
well, its definitely better, it still looks on the threshold of acceptable on the sharpening front I think.
you can't add any more to that particular picture, it has too many fragments.
I'm no expert but fields of barley corn and shots with that type of small but numerous detail are best sharpened with care.
also a small file gets over sharpened really quick.
Thanks Ujjwal. .... Just be confident![]()

There you go, I hope you can give me some advice, so that I can improve them.

looks like a bayonet type petal type hood that wasn't in place fully to me, but what do I know...
I wish I had a bit more confidence...
