Selfies

It's a phenomenon that seems to be her to stay, even IOS 9 has a dedicated folder for them. There was a time when if you pointed a camera at someone, they would recoil in embarrassment. Now all the youngsters including my kids, have their own favourite pouts and poses

Nope. Firstly I can't stand beans on toast, beans was something we fed to the pigs on the farm and I just can't get myself to eating the same type of meal.

Secondly that would be daft, there is no such chefs attire for beans on toast.

Ultimately it's good to keep your hair out of the food you are preparing.
 
Watermark Level Up!

We see photographers daily, who add overly large and ugly watermarks stamped throughout their photographs to prove its theirs. What better way of proving it is your IP then to have your mug in every photo?
This greatly reduces the chance of someone stealing your image to add on their Russian stock photography website.

Why do people feel the need to take so many selfies or even "groupies" all making silly faces with their heads rammed together.

I was at the Kelpies last night and there was a group of girls who went there it seems purely to take selfies on their iPhone.

If they're that keen on portraits why not either

A) take up photography seriously and take decent photographs
B) pay a professional to take their photos for them.

I overheard them saying "we have to go back there we are missing selfies from there"

I noticed this in Monserrat in Spain and in Mont St Michel. People were more interested in bagging the selfie or group shot than they were with connecting with the place and understating it's place in history.

As it were, these selfies I do like. They have a sense of adventure and risk that a couple of 18-30something hipsters/fools from Falkirk will never achieve .

No selfies being taken at 9:10am but lots of tourists had arrived by 10:30 when we got back from a walk along the canal. We were the only ones there when we arrived apart from the odd jogger/ dog walker. I now know where to go in the evening :)

In the winter you will get the sun rising behid the kepies, which will light them a really golden colour which would work well.

In a late summer evening you might be able to shoot my series and less people there once its late.

Although I don't condone selfie sticks, I do like the odd selfie I must confess
