Scum

So what if they don't offer the same rights to their victims? In a civilised society, shouldn't we take the moral high ground and not return to the days when we burned people alive or hung people we didn't like?

So what if they don't offer the same rights to their victims?

"So what" are you serious........

No we should wrap them up in cotton wool give them a Playstation, free beer and fags and pay it out of our taxes :cuckoo:
Because, as far as I am aware, you are still offered the right to a fair trial under this country, and if you cannot afford representation for yourself then it is offered for you. As I'm sure you're aware, that requires money. If you are suggesting that this shouldn't be the case, then maybe there's no hope for this country after all.

I don't think there is a free right to a free prosecution :cuckoo:

I agree everyone should have the right to bare arms, but not to bear arms.

Do you think the killer of that boy in Derby was within his rights, he was over 18 and may well not " have a criminal record etc"

any "killer" is not within there rights regardless of if they had a gun or not.

yet another clichéd argument.
the easiest thing for you to do is copy and paste from dailymail.com and save yourself typing.

heres a few for you to go on with:
its all because of immigrants
how will it effect my house price
prisons are better than 5 star hotels
its political correctness gone mad
paedos murdered my mother twice

To be fair, Gary, the flipside arguement that Yantorsen is espousing is equally cliché-ridden...

Love this thread... Just thought I'd say that for my 800th post and only 794 have been argumentative

That is a very blasé attitude to life, of course we should ****** care if an innocent person is killed. Also it wouldn't woad well for the trust in the legal system.

Who said they were killed? (please read my post above - thanks xxx )

I guess (******) means really care, and yes I really care if an innocent person gets killed. My point was that often crooks get away with crime, but if once in a while a crook(with a long record) gets done for something he has not done then i for one will not loose any sleep.

do you think the legal system is fair in the UK?
a hard working victim has to pay legal fees whilst the low life money grabbing scum get it on legal aid? It's been a While since the system was fair.

it would be great to visit this thread in say 10 years time to see how peoples views have changed...

I figure my "too right wing" post has been removed.

I also figure that every post Mr "Yantorsen" has made so far just responds to each topical or related suggestion but never responds with a cure or possible sugestion in itself.

That is the complete fact problem with this country. That people have been put in positions of authority and control who share similar views to Mr "Yantorsen", in that they appear to have swallowed the human rights manual whole, and "berp" from it verbatum in response to the sheer abhorrence by the good many of the UK public who just want to see an end to the needless killing and crime allowed to go on in this country.

Prevention is better than cure and it is so blatantly obvious that no-one (including Mr "Yantorsen") has a cure to what is going on so why are we not working on the preventative (aka deterrent) measures???

Seeing good in everybody is all well and good Mr "Yantorsen", but when they've cut your throat because you've pandered to their every human right, a different tact has to be deployed.

I'm now really bored of this thread as I see no cure. I just have to turn on the news and read the headlines of another teenager murdered with a knife or a gun by another teenager. Like today I read of the innocent man kicked to death by some more of our native animal "Hugeous Scumus" whilst breaking up a fight. At least I'm safe in the thought that when they catch these animals Mr "Yantorsen" will be there to stroke their hair and say all is ok cos they're nice people really.

Over to you Mr Yantorsen for your "but why would I stroke their hair" response.

I'm off to talk photography (pardon the pun)
