My son is 11 in his 1st year of high school , he's just come home with a school magazine with some information about a recent school trip for the upper school.
17 pupils and 4 "lucky" teachers went on a school trip to Iceland
we went to Woburn Safari park.
an advert for next years trip is on the next page.
NEW YORK air trip
The trip will include the Guggenheim ,MOMA ,various galleries the empire state and a broadway show.
I have to say i'm astounded by this, I can't afford for my kids to be going on school trips to New York and Iceland, seems like a nice little jolly for the teachers though, a break to New York out of school funds , perhaps they're training to be MPs:bonk:
