A Relaxing Day

No camera allowed in with me today, so took this shot before going into Eden Hall for a day of relaxation. I loved the way the sun was rising behind the building & shining through the rear window, through the hall and lighting up the main entrance.

Good texture on the cake, nice DOF and good colours too. one negative is the cup top edge (rear) could do with a wipe... sorry.

Thanks all, no problem Brian, think you could be right there. That's the trouble with making Latte, I always manage to get it on the edge of the cup.

The Big Storm

So, I took the camera & went in early to work, hoping to get some shots of stormy weather & people battling against the wind & rain with umbrellas turning inside out. But we didn't get a storm, just a few chilly pigeons sitting on a windowsil looking a bit cold.
Not quite as dramatic as I was hoping for!

Who says herbivores can't be scary!

George decided to use his halloween costume as a disguise to join the cool carnivore gang. Trouble is, nobody told him they were just off out for a steak. Poor George.
