Iv just brought one off mike's photos (eBay) does anyone have one? If so what are your thoughts on them?

I was a bit sceptical about the fact its alllll manual, does it take some getting used to?
They are fantastic shots, was they taken with the samyang?

I really really can't wait to play with mine when it gets delivered. :-D

J Bruja said:I've owned the Rokinon branded lens for some time now and use it regularly on both my Nikon D300 and Canon 350D & 550D cameras. Focusing is generally not and issue. Just set the focus at approx. 10 ft and the lens opening at f8. Everything will be in focus except for extreme closeups where the lens is almost on top of the object. In that case set the focus at 1 foot. It's a great lens.
