Nice one Stan, I've always liked shots like these but haven't been able to find a good location near where I am.

Thanks, Bill. Not until a few years ago, when the long overdue, over 50 years in the plan, the bypass was built, there weren't any overpasses or bridges nearby to take a similar shot.

That's fantastic. Great to see an unusual take on this - the detail in the ground and sky is lovely.

Good long exposure, unusual to see the detail as well as the light trails, one of the red light trails looks as though it goes under the sign. :$ :)

Thanks, Shug.

Cheers, Keith. I think all these modern LED lights make the trails stand out.

Nicely done - I think I'd prefer it a little darker though. Maybe half way between this and full dark.

I like this a lot Stan. A different take to the usual light trails.

I love this shot, I tried a similar picture for the night theme last year. I'm quite impressed that the picture isn't overexposed and it is nice to see all of the surrounding detail. It looks pretty busy on that road.

Great to see this shot with daylight to get the scene as well.

Thank you, Simon. A couple of industrial areas and housing estates are nearby, hence the busy traffic heading in different directions.

Great to see this shot with daylight to get the scene as well.

Cheers, Alan.

That's a cracker Stan. I'm still yet to have a go at one of these...

Wow, the light trail shot is so striking, and the light and colours are brilliantly judged

Thanks, Simon. Give it a go, I look forward to seeing your version

Thank you, Ross, for the nice word. Very much appreciated.

What a great picture! I’ve seen these done during the night but not when it’s getting light, great take on the theme.

Like most other comments I like it and think it works as it’s so unusual to see while it’s still relatively light.

Thanks, Sophie and Kell. It is a time of the year when rush hour is still fairly light.

Inspiration found! Nice shot.

Nice spot Stan and I like it that you've retained a touch of detail in the shadows.

Nice silhouette shot with good detail. Just needs a seagull on the RHS chimney :)

That'll tick the box nicely Stan!

Cheers, Simon. Rollon next theme! :)

Thanks, Keith. Plenty of them around here and they make a racket in the morning. Hate the bloody thing!

Nice balance in the dark and light, the right hand chimney smashes that big sky brilliantly
