would it be unethical to do a shoot in an old unused cemetary ? just wondered what you all think.
Depends what you want to do I suppose. Shooting it as a landscape or for detail would be ok - but posing a nude on a headstone might upset some people!

I caught a couple of Goths taking 'sexy' pictures in graveyard next tp a Church up the road, in just a black bra and mini skirt, stripy tights etc. You know the look. I just chuckled and kept walking the dog! I wouldn't think you'd be doing any harm!

I've shot in several graveyards/cemetaries. If nobody is around then I just shoot away but if anyone is around including people paying their respects I will ask them if they mind just out of respect.
I bet there are people dying to get in there!
to be honest if i was dead and gone i reckon i'd be chuffed to have some semi naked bird cavorting around on my headstone.

Why do you imagine it would be unethical?would it be unethical to do a shoot in an old unused cemetary ? just wondered what you all think.

How dare that document the aftermath of the atrocities committed and not consider the feelings of pathetic, spineless individuals 65 years later.Certainly not as unethical as shooting the mountains of corpses in the concentration camps.
People might well object.maybe "religious" was the wrong wording, i just think cemetaries and all the praying and what not that goes on in churches and at funerals makes them a religious playground and a lot of people might object to a photographer and a gothic model wandering round, seems i thought wrong

But that is not the same as it being unethical.
