Looking at cooking a Beef Stifado tonight. I was just wondering if anyone has eaten this whilst in Greece. What if anything would they serve to accompany it? What recipe`s I have looked at do not really mention too much about it, roast potatooes or a pasta being about it so far. I was thinking perhaps a Bread of some description, as the dish itself is mainly made of meat and onions does anybody have any ideas for a bit of a side dish or something to go with it?

Again natural reactions kicked in and I thrust my right arm out on to the worktop to stop me falling backwards. I was now left in a twisted and contorted position that I never thought was possible, left leg in the air, right leg stretched out in front of me and all my weight bearing down on my right arm. You know when you get into these situations, thoughts start running through your head as to how you are going to get out of it? Well, that was a no brainer for me to decide as I started to feel what it was like to have your arm resting against a Casserole dish that had been in the oven for two hours
