Having just treating myself to the Nik Collection (thank you Google for your very kind offer of a reduced price
), and had a play about, was hoping for some comments on what you think?
This is the original image, shot RAW and straight out of camera with no alterations. I admit it's not the best of images, but more interested in your comments on the PP work:

Image 2 - PP done in LR4 only (added a Grad filter, then adjusted curves and bit of vibrance & saturation):

Image 3 - All PP done by Nik Collection (followed workflow of Sharpener Pro, Dfine, Viveza then Color Efex):

Image 4 - All PP done by Nik Collection (followed workflow of Sharpener Pro, Dfine, Viveza then Silver Efex):

Amazing how much the same image can change with some very simple steps! In all it took about 15-20 mins to PP all 3 versions.
Which do you prefer and any comments as to whether I've over done any particular element of PP (think I might have over saturated the rocks on image 3, but not sure!)
