Okay so this is a bit of an odd one and it's something I've been mulling over since last weekend but I genuinely don't know what the answer would be...
Long story short, last weekend someone decided to park so close to my drivers door in a public car park that even an Amoeba would struggle to get into the car, much less someone who is more than a little bit fat like me...thankfully @JulesP was there and able to climb across from the passenger side of the car and pull the car out for me...
But this got me thinking if this were to happen in the future what course of action can I actually take? such as contact the local police etc is it an offence to deliberate block someone out of their car in a car park?
And yes I was parked well in between the lines near as damn it dead on central my own space

I remember that one from the metro, the one next time mine wasn't quite that close but I'd say there was only a couple more inches of space
