If someones sole pleasure is one that breaks the law and inconveniences/upsets/annoys others, then they need to be stopped. Irrespective if that is all they have in life.
Imagine if someones only pleasure in life was driving fast and that was taken away from them. I doubt we'd have the pious, sanctimonious indignation regarding the wellfare of someone breaking the law that we do here.
I've walked down the street again. No bird feeders. It looks like something has been done about it.
