Photo52 2012 : Join In !!! : Week 52 Busy

I'm having a bad week so no doubt. it will be Saturday morning photo shoot again.

The whole family has been ill including me, although I haven't puked (YET) !! Unlike my wife and daughter :-(

Hopefully we will all start to get better before the weekend and no one gets any worst.
 
Get well soon Richard to you and your family. I'm just coming to the end of my second week on sick leave so I understand what you're going through.

It does make keeping up with the challenge difficult, but it doesn't matter, loads of time to catch up once you're better.
 
So I know what i want to do for secure but not had chance, be a late submission next week. May submit something as a place holder. See what I get up to tonight! Not spent much time commenting so I do apologise :)
 
Hi and a quick :thumbs: to everyone one's still in the 2012 TP52 :clap:

There will be those who are thinking about dropping out...don't, stick with it and you'll finish.

It's not easy, I know, but when you finish you'll be sssoooo chuffed with yourself and it's not supposed to be easy.

One thing's for sure, I guarantee all those that are still in it will have learned something.

Don't beat yourself up if you review your submissions and aren't happy with then or you're thinking others are doing better than you, your project is about you and and it's about your photography.

Remember, as the song goes, "The race is long, and in the end, it's only with yourself." Linky to said song.

Arghhhh. 24 years in an industrial environment, 23 too many and now this :-(
 
I've had a really bad week and have not managed to get out with the camera, or to comment of many week 5 threads.
Next week will be different and Industry should give me opportunity to get Secure as well!

I'll make my way through peoples threads over the weekend too.
 
Behind this week due to illness. Will try to post this weekend.

Industry - I sense this week I will have to take the camera out on its first field trip :-)

I have to admit thinking at the beginning of all this "how the hell can someone not manage to simply shoot one photo if you are given a whole week?"

Im liking the theme this week!! Industry...I have an idea, so it looks like I will be venturing out in the freezing cold :cuckoo:
 
OMG....finally a theme I can get to grips with....been struggling so far :shrug:

What with this week& loads of ideas , last weeks still to do ( no inspiration whatsoever) , POTY theme & loads of ideas, next weekends YSP meet & tomorrow out with the police puppies....I think I'm gonna go :cuckoo:...can't even begin to concentrate at work...far to much tog stuff to do :lol:

Big :thumbs: to all who are hanging on in this year....last year seems to have been much easier for me :'(

Yup, I've done about 30 this evening and still not got around to everyone taking part yet:bonk:

There is a power station near here that I'd like to try and get a shot of, but this snow is not helping matters! I feel a midweek lunch break photo shoot maybe called upon!

It doesn't matter how often I log on, there always seems like 20+ threads have been updated! I've just caught up now but no chance to visit anyone new yet:bonk:

Now what's this weather all about? I'm off now to investigate some local industry, too cold. damp and miserable for my liking:razz:
 
Right....for some reason I seem to have caught up with most peoples threads which is odd ...sure I've missed some BUT ....if the SS isn't updated then I'm stuck :eek: I do like the threads with the links to all the photos in them but find the SS much easier to use as I just work my way down it .


If I have missed you PLEASE PM ME & I'll pop in to your thread

Am too frightened to join this thread - as I would fall behind with feedback. I love looking at the posted pics though.

Wonder if the moderators think there is any merit in 'grouping' entries in terms of giving critique - into manageable numbers - allowing members to comment on photographs not in their group if they wish to of course...... ?

Well, my first sentence may not, in reallity, be accurate...a few TP52 members have been known to go a bit bonkers after a month or so. I'm feeling a tad :nuts: :nuts: :nuts: :nuts: :help: :help: :help: myself.

Hear hear!

To begin with I was petrified, terrified and horrified and now I love it but my brain is fried! :nuts:
 
I started out planning on visiting just a few threads as I haven't much time. Then as more people visited mine I visited theirs and added a few more each week, now I'm subscribed to 37 I think and so many left to visit :bonk:

But it's addictive! The variety of comments and critique offered is vast! I'm hooked, although I might be totally :nuts: in another month or two!!!

Bring on week 7!
 
Looks like someone, possibly Dawn :thumbs:, has edited the spreadsheet so those that are still active at near the top...makes it easier.

As of 23:27 today we have 34 who have submitted their Industry.

I have to say, after commenting on week one entries was absolutely pooped :gag:
