That was about 5.45 tonight, Belfast is about 35 miles in front of me so there is always a lot of traffic heading home at this time. The lights up high on the left are marker lights on the back of a truck.

Love the cat shot (Day 22), looks like he's up to no good ;), and day 23's flowers some good colours, and phone shots really handy when you have no camera :thumbs:.

Your nephew is just gorgeous, going to be a real heartbreaker when he's older. The snowdrops shot is really good matey, don't give up keep going you're doing great.

Love the lighting and the angle of the chocolate box, really crisp and sharp.

Good colours in the tractor and Day 30 shot, and the ISO you can't tell it's low, and confirms that my next camera purchase must be a D7000 :).

Finally, today's light trails is awesome Phil. Works so well, love it. Bet you're pleased the D7000 is back :thumbs:

Cheers, yes so pleased that camera is back and im able to grt out and get shots like these again. The D7000 is a great camera, I moved up from a D5100 and find it so much better. The fungi shot was taken at iso 2500 and as you say, there isnt much there to complain about.

great shot Phil :) will definitely have to try this one time but think I may just wait until the weather is slightly better :)
 
Day 33. I was up at 5 this morning and jumping the wall at Silent Valley with my 2 dogs by 6.45 :D it was a great clear frosty morning with temps of -3. Walked almost 10 miles in total and got a few decent shots, I might have to sneakily put more than 1 up!

Well I think that is a fine effort at light trails :thumbs: it looks like a car pulled up on the road? and today's makes a wonderful set of images it looks like it was a great good day out :thumbs:

Thanks Matt. I will probably give the light trails one more go over the next few weeks, I will maybe try to get the road in over the bridge I am on as well as the motorway below as I have seen you doing before. Just as I got into the van to leave 2 ambulances went past with lights on, disappointed to miss them.
Todays walk is as much about training for a charity event that me and my brother are doing in August as the photography. Im sure carrying a tripod and all my camera gear is good training though and the dogs love it too:D
 
Day 33 Phil, just a wonderful collection of shots, and especially love the first 1. Love the composition of today's shot too, lol I almost ducked when I first looked at it :)
 
Loving 1, 2 and 5 in particular from your day out, Phil, although all are great! The angle of today's is really good as well and, with the statue in the background, it works well :thumbs:

Cheers, I love getting out while it is still dark and being somewhere nice for the sun coming up. There is no phone reception up there, everything is so quiet. Just me and the 2 dogs :)

My wife bought some new fish for her tank on saturday, not sure of the proper name of them but they are known as mickey mouse fish. Lacking inspiration or the weather for anything more than this.

Cheers everyone else. We have about 40 fish in it, it only takes 10 mins once a week to keep it right so its not too bad.

Thanks guys. Have woken up to a nice wee covering of snow here so I will try to get something nice outside today.
