Daily Phil's 2013 365 challenge 1/1/2013 All Done!!!!!!!!

Nope excercise is good - she is pregnant not poorly :D This has worked really well - she did a good job ;)

Did you? Really?

I'm not going to discuss the morals of such an act with you, Phil, but will say she did a really good job for you! :)

I suppose you did OK with the whole drawing round with a torch and taking the photo thing as well!:lol:

Fab shot!

Cheers Sam, it was something I wanted to try. I will have her spinning wire wool next!

I like it! And no it isn't wrong

Thanks Jake.

Works really well and not wrong at all :)

Thanks Sarah.

Day 57 is very clever and effective , nice work Phil

Cheers Vince, it was something I had thought about since seeing Matt do a light painting man.

Thanks T, not sure now she would feel about me taking advantage of her bump.

It's all my fault then! I was using the square yellow insert image box to put the bb code into when I didn't need to. Sorry!

Well you are male of course it is!!..... Joking lol!!
Glad I can see them now tho

Day 58. Bit of an unusual one today. I called at a local lake for a quick nosey as i was working nearby and was taking a few quick landscape shots when i heard a slapping noise. This poor trout had jumped and landed on ice that was covering large parts of the lake. Quick lens change needed, i should have pushed the iso a lot higher as it was a dull grey day.

You know what, Phil? The 'technicalities' don't matter with this one...that is an amazing set of photos of the sort of thing I have never witnessed before - fantastic. 3 and 4 are stunning.

You are kind Sam, too kind!

Cool, it's not every day you see a back flipping trout :)

That made me laugh Sarah

Very cool, that's not something you see every day.

Thanks Sarah, took me a bit by surprise too.

Oh that's cool!!!

Thanks T.

Thats different and very cool! 'fishprs5' is my favourite :)

Flipping eck !!! Nice captures Phil !!

Thanks guys. I'm just disappointed that i hadnt the presence of mind to bump the iso on up to get a bit more shutter speed. Unfortunately there was no-where that i could go to get a bit closer and this is already a crop of a shot at 500mm.

Day 59. Jess made an appearance a few days ago so i thought it was only fair that Izzy got a look in too. She is only just over a year and a half old and has boundless energy.

Awww, she does look full of beans - I've got an Izzy - she was named Barbie Isabel by Charlotte at about age 3 or 4 - luckily we get away with calling her Izzy ;) She is an old lady now though :(

Izzy is beautiful. Such energy, great focus, good light, looking directly at us and a great shadow as well.

She is gorgeous! :)

Thanks Jake. My wife thinks so too, I got her for her as a surprise as a pup.

Thanks Sarah, ours is just a straight Izzy, it sort of suits her.

Very Very nice shot Phil , lovely eyes !!

Cheers Vince, the sun was out here this evening and I was practicing with the 150-500.

Many thanks Sam.

She's a beauty! you captured her well, such sharpness and detail :D

Day 60. Pushed for time today, only home for a quick change and tea so it was a case of grab the nearest model and grab a shot. It is Izzy again, sorry for that 2 days in a row.

I'm sure I've used the same subject twice, maybe more, in a row :) She's a beauty!

Another fantastic photo of Izzy - looks like you're having some great weather and great light there! I like the way she is looking off like that :)

She is looking au her mistress who has just arrived home in the car. One shutter click later and she was gone!

60 is a fab portrait of your dog....great light and detail

Thanks. I will have to get a better background next time though.

Aw, the 2nd shot of her is just gorgeous

Thanks Scrap.

Love the shots up Donard. Must get up there again sometime. I like the two of Izzy - she's lovely!

Day 61. After working in my own garden all day, i realised at 6.15 that i hadnt got a shot for today. This is a filler, just a bunch of mixed yellow and blue crocuses.

Love the colours in this - my garden needs working on too - hopefully the rain will hold off today and I can get out there
